Faux Wood-Look Composite
Faux wood composite cladding and overlay materials are molded from real wood pieces to reproduce the natural texture and grain patterns of the species they emulate. Choose from Clear Cypress or Mahogany in several paint and stain colors for a look that is distinctly yours.
Design Customization
A Chevron door is a statement-maker. The cladding pieces are cut at a 45-degree angle and fit together at a point creating a zigzag pattern made of “V”s.
Fifteen designs with optional windows and decorative hardware come in 4 different patterns. Available primed, painted or stained in 10 standard finishes. ColorBlast® custom paint colors also offered in 1,500 shades.
Insulation
2" Intellicore® polyurethane foam insulation with a thermal break delivers a 20.4 R-value for year-round comfort.
Door Reinforcement
WindCode® door reinforcement product available for high wind load applications.
Environmental Assurance
Clopay doors are compliant with environmental laws and regulations. Clopay doors do not contain HFCs. All Clopay doors are compliant with:
